I recently enjoyed a fantastic weekend at a hotel with beautiful rooms and a prime location that allowed us to easily stroll to Hyde Park and Marble Arch in less than 15 minutes, which made our adventures around the city so much more enjoyable. It was a perfect base for our city explorations, with plenty of charming landmarks just a pleasant walk away.

we had an amazin stay at the marriott park lane! the staff were super polite and helpful, and the executive lounge was open 24 hours with free drinks. it was so comfy and spacious for london, and the location was perfect, just a walk from hyde park and oxford street. we really enjoyed the mini bar too, everything was nice and tidy.

Now, while the housekeeping could be hit or miss – some days it’s tidy as a pin and others, well, I found stray hairs floating about. It’s a minor hiccup, but consistency would be the cherry on top for future stays.

Breakfast timing missed the mark by taking 35 minutes, leading to lackluster poached eggs that were clearly overlooked. Check-in took longer than expected, as system issues delayed the process—which was a bit messy and inconvenient.
