I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the facilities were top-notch. The bathrooms were luxurious and had all the amenities you could ask for, including high-quality towels and even a heated toilet. The location of the hotel was perfect, right across the street from a main hop on/hop off bus tour stop for several popular tour companies. This made transportation around the city incredibly convenient. The staff were friendly and always went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. Special shoutout to Aleena at the reception desk for her wonderful service and understanding of guest needs. a fantastic experience.
Don't have any issues at all.

Great location in the heart of the city and the rooms were very clean. The staff at the front desk were excellent and very accommodating. It was also a nice surprise to receive complimentary snacks and drinks in the room. The hotel was surrounded by many great restaurants, shops, and attractions, which made it convenient to explore the city.
The customer service wasn't great. There were issues with my payments and I had to constantly check my transactions to make sure they were correct.

This hotel offers a truly luxurious experience, with exclusive amenities and exquisite décor. the spa and wellness center was exceptional, including a heated swimming pool, steam room and full body massage. the restaurant served delicious meals and the staff were friendly and attentive.
The only downside was the lack of private facilities in the rooms. While the hotel had many impressive features, there was a minor issue with housekeeping, as our towels were not always replaced.
